sry, but i didn't kow if there were going to be added skills to current characters.
well today i tried making a new character and saw new skills for the characters.

do i just have ADD, or has it been that way for a while now?

also why is character creation screen so freakin laggy?

edit: just found out from a friend that the skills been there for like 2 weeks now. I think i should check for ADD.

i think you are seeing the skills that have been unlocked in pvp or maybe also pve listed as available.

unlock a skill with faction and it becomes available to your PVE character for purchase under the usual 1 skill point/1k deal

umm. i've been playing the game for 10 months now. i know this.

go and make a pvp character and at the bottom theres all new skills for each character type.

You might want to leave it on the login screen over night or something, to finish downloading everything. But that's what's causing the lag, the game is downloading the Faction content.
